When police arrived, officers only saw a small part of the boat's arc above water. also they saw a blue cooler bobbing in the water and two men adhering to it.

" You could see the fear in their face," said Stephen Merrick, one of the officers who responded to the scene." They were cold."

" We are so weak," the youngish of the two men said, according to body camera footage.

The man asked officers to first deliver his father, who was wearing a life vest.

" Help him up please," he said." Help him up first."

Officers Saved the aged man, tossing his leg over the side of the vessel and rolling him onto the boat. The man said he was 76 times old.

 Next was his son.
" Please," he told officers." I can not hold on."

After police pulled the alternate man from the water, both were taken to shore, where Boston Emergency Medical Services workers were staying to treat them for minor injuries
